Green Chair Offers Paid Inclusion

Over the last month or so we've been in touch with a local company that allows us to do Paid Inclusion. You haven't heard of this? It's a pretty fascinating service.

This service is offered on the Yahoo! network and is a combination of optimization and pay per click. We will market the most popular phrases for your pages and they will show up in the organic listings. We will be able to write our own description for these listings that the searchers will see, which will mean more visitors at a lower cost. You will pay on a per click basis for this service but the rates are much lower than normal pay per click services. These are the rates:

For example, we were doing a proposal for a vistor and convention bureau web site and these are the price per click on Paid Inclusion:

Information: $.18 per click
Lodging: $.33 per click
Rental cars: $.20 per click

If you go the regular Pay Per Click engines, you'd probably pay 10 times these amounts for a click. Of course since it's on the Yahoo! Network, you won't be getting these clicks or rates on Google.
