Telluride Real Estate

I was looking over Telluride real estate the other day on the web. I was amazed at the prices of the property in the area. It is very remote. As I looked at some maps there were hardly any good ways to get there. Maybe that's why the prices are so--there's nobody to bother you.

As I drive around Denver, I get a longing to be away from traffic. I love the conveniences of Denver, but get sick of the traffic on the highways and the side streets. It would be nice to be in a place like Telluride.

I understand that the real estate industry in Telluride can be pretty crazy. Almost 20 percent of the population has there real estate license. I doubt this means that all 300 of them are actively buying and selling real estate on behalf of clients. I guess if you could sell a couple properties per year you wouldn't have to do much for the rest of the year.
