We have been in business for more than 20 years. We started by building websites and writing content. We moved into search engine marketing when Google started becoming a major player. We have worked with hundreds of clients in dozens of industries. We are now concentrating on helping local companies serve their customers and also find new customers. We take a comprehensive approach to meet these needs.
I started Green Chair Marketing Group in 2000. I had been working with a non-profit for 16 years before that and wanted to spread my wings a bit. I designed websites for five years as part of my work before leaving.
My wife, two daughters, and I moved to Denver in 2002 to be near my wife’s family. We’ve loved being in the Denver area and we’re here to stay.
I’ve been very involved in the Denver digital marketing community over the two decades. I’ve been a part of a small group of digital marketers who did presentations on a variety of topics to help people understand how digital marketing can help small businesses gain more visibility on search engines.
I recently decided to start focusing on helping local businesses. For the last couple of years, I’ve been very involved with a local concrete company and a painting company. I’ve been going out to appointments to do estimating, managing a few of the projects, doing some cleanup, and even making runs to the dump with my pickup. And I’ve answered hundreds of phone calls.
I appreciate how hard it is to run a local service business — doing sales, employee management, administration, marketing, etc. — all the fun stuff that comes with running your own business. I would like to be your outsourced digital marketing department — helping oversee your website, search engine marketing, social media, and even email marketing.
